Seren blushed, her cheeks glowing pink.
"You have to say that, you're my husband." Yes, her
husband. The word still felt foreign, but nice foreign... they type of foreign you wanted to hear repeated over and over again. But there would be plenty of time for that.

If she wasn't smirking before, then she definitely was now. Truthfully, there were numerous reasons she volunteered herself for the auction, namely, because it was for a good cause. But a small part of her had wondered how her
husband would react, and seeing him protective or jealous was just too much fun.
"If I want them?" She repeated, contemplating the possibilities. Unfortunately it wasn't something she would get to wear very often. It would be wasted on her.
"Mmm... no, I think we can pass on those." Even though they were shiny.
