Ian Amoroso got up on the podium and pulled his wand out. He tapped his throat so his voice would be louder and sound like he was using a microphone. "Hello everyone! I'm Ian Amoroso, and I'm the Senior Undersecretary of our amazing Ministry of Magic and better yet, I'm the secretary for the Board of Governor's of Hogwarts. I have been asked to come up here and be the auctioneer, I think in part because the headmistress thought I'd bid on her." He laughed at his own joke.
"Too bad she isn't one of the staffers being auctioned off. Without further ado I'm going to start the bidding. First Item up for bid comes to us from the Headmistress herself, a pair of limited edition Gianmarco Lorenzi rhinestone-encrusted platform sandals, the bidding will start at 10 galleons, and increase by one for each following bid." Even he knew that was an absolute STEAL.
"Who will give 10 galleons?"
