Maxwell walked up to the maze. This was new, he didn't know what to expect but why not explore it a little bit? right? It was nice to get out of the common room for a bit, he wasn't feeling up to exploring the grounds his first few days.
He spotted a familiar face. Minerva...she looked....beautiful as ever. But he really didn't want to think about her that way, he wanted to try and be just friends with her, but given their history it got hard sometimes. "Hey, Min...You going in?" He asked and looked over it. "You don't mind if i join you do you?"
Minerva jumped a bit when someone spoke to her. She had been in thought about going into the maze, deeper then she had wanted to be since she was startled. Looking up she realized it was Max. Looking around she was surprised to see him alone.
"Hey Maxwell.. How have you been, I don't think I've seen you this term yet." She wasn't surprised he hadn't been to classes, Maxwell was never known to be in classes.
"Looking at the maze again, well yeah I was thinking about it, but was hoping someone would want to go in with me. So I'm game if you want to try to go through it." They hadn't hung out in awhile, and why shouldn't they be able to be friends. He apologized, so she would try her best to let things go back to friends.
"Whenever your ready to go in we can. Where is your girlfriend?" Kind of surprised not to see him with Elliot she figured she would ask.
