Oh. She didn't reply. Well that made sense. And that way, it was even more likely she'd be eaten by that squid. Boats were horrible and sickening and mean and scary. Which was not a good combination, especially to Ivy, an easily-scared little girl. Why were her brothers the brave ones? It so wasn't fair. He was a good squid? Awesome. Maybe one day he'd let her pet him. One day. If he didn't bite her hand off before she got the chance. Ivy now felt reassured a little. Even if she fell, the squid
probably wouldn't eat her and may even put her back in. Good. "
