Wesley grinned at Pepper as she decided on what color to get. "Red! Excellent color choice, my love." Wesley slipped behind the balloon stand, disappeared for a few seconds to dig through the shelf and pulled out a red balloon. Then, as Pepper was playing with the other toys, he slapped it onto the magical helium tank and watched it grow nice and big. Once it was done, Wesley pulled it off and tied a sparkly ribbon to the end of it to keep it shut.

As soon as he was done, he heard Pepper yelling about hugging bears. He just laughed. "Yes, they're called Bear Hug Bears for a reason." And with a tap of the wand... The frosting on the cupcake balloon SPARKLED. Wesley grinned and leaned over the counter to give Pepper her balloon. "One red cupcake balloon, just for you." TA-DAA!
