Boooom. That's the sound of him dropping some knowledge on ya. Even though she was highly unlikely to have heard of either, Chord was just going to pretend otherwise.
He shook her hand gently and then let go, wondering why she was repeating herself...? Or maybe there was an echo in here. Chord looked around for a second to check out the acoustics of this place and then refocused on Charlie.
"I uh, don't usually hang around this part of London," he admitted, tilting his head at her spastically winking face the way a golden retriever might stare at a three-legged squirrel, "so if you, Ms. Gossip Columnist, know of any juicy bars or night life locales around here looking for some top-quality rock-and-roll, you should hit me up."
Charlie couldn't help but laugh and snort slightly as she was attempting not to laugh when he said his parents thought he'd be a guitar. The guy had a sense of humor. She liked that.
"I have heard of WADA it is the top school for Dramatic Arts for us wizard folk...and here you'd think you might have gone to some place like Hogwarts....but yeah haven't heard of the band, i'll have to look you guys up then" She sighed. "I wouldn't have known if you actually went there because I went to Beauxbaton" she admitted with a little smile.
Yeah she was one of those french girls.
And she had the personality of a feral piranha when provoked. When she spotted the way he stared at her - like she was some kind of deformed mammal she just laughed again. "Night life locales - mmm...yes, I think the only place you'll find them is in muggle London or the pub in Knockturn Alley." She had to think for a minute. "You know if you ever want to try and find the hotspots i'd definitely go along to gossip about where not to go...so the real places stay amazing and the bad places get even more amazing." She gave a crooked little smile at the idea.
"I know Morribands pub is a fun place if you like being in Knockturn...and there's always Shrunken Head Bowling..." she trailed off. "Honestly there's not many 'hotspots' i don't think as far as local music spots...we should definitely team up and find one. Or make one." She smirked.
