Pepper was sneaking around the shop, the truth be told. She wanted to surprise Wesley with a visit, but he was busy as she'd known he would be with all the studentses out of school and all, so she began to wander about, eventually she'd bump into him, right? Hehe. She ended up finding herself somewhere where there were BALLOONS and TOYS. YEAH! Pep loved toys! She busied herself with peeking around the selection until she came across a CUPCAKE balloon. Oh yeah. OH MERLIN. She needed one of those.
And bonus points, there was a bell to ring to get the shopkeeper's assistance. Hehe. She sure did like that shopkeeper man. He was rather cute. Pep tapped the bell once and giggled to herself. That was... fun. So she rang it again.
