He waved a hand at the food on the table absently, a signal for them to help themselves if they so chose to.
"I am the owner and manager, Quincy Hart. And these are two of my assistants if you don't already know. While we wait for a few others, why don't you introduce yourselves." While he made himself comfortable in a chair with his coffee.
As Belle saw the man named Quincy come into the door, her nerves were getting the best of her. She knew she must calm down. Then she saw a plate of snacks and knew she would take some even though she was not really that hungry. As Quincy said his welcome, Belle smiled and nodded and laughed at his joke. Belle held out her hand to look professional. "Hello Mr. Quincy, I am Belle nice to meet you and these snacks look lovely."

Oooo, was that FOOD down there? Were there TREATS too? Huh? HUH?
As Belle was looking around the room to hear what the sound was coming from, she saw an owl flying around. "Oh hey little fella!" Belle giggled and tried to make it come down. It was hooting gleefully and she was trying to pet it. She held her palm out and see if the owl would fly into it.

And there came in Zoe. The fluffy cat came in slowly, waving its tail lightly, staring at the new people. She jumped up and sat on Elisa's lap. Today Zoe had wanted to come to the post office too! "So people, this is Zoe.."
And almost silently flew in one of the owls. Seemed like the post owls wanted to join in too, huh? "Hoo.." she whispered, watching Mangig stare at the food.
And.. something was ticking her neck. Hehe.. She reached her hand to the back of her neck, and saw that it was an owl feather. "Hey!!" she said playfully smiling. Since she had come to the post office, she had almost come to see the owls as her pets. They were really cute. Well, most of the times, they were!
Belle gave a polite nod to Eliza and waved and smiled politely.. She saw that she had her famous cat Zoe on her lap. Belle smiled and went over to pet it. Before she did, Belle asked, "Is Zoe friendly?" before she even put her hands on her."I also have a pet owl Charlene back at home, i wish she was here to experience this."

And a sixth year? So he had just finished taking his OWLs not too long ago. Vashti still remembered those exams. Merlin, they were awful - the NEWTs even more so - but he probably did well like she had.
She might've said more, including saying hello to Zoe, but at that moment, an unexpected visitor burst into the room, and she couldn't help but laugh a little. Oh Mangig. Of course.
Belle waved at Vashti and said "Hello nice to meet you." Then Ethan spoke to her. She gasped and said "Hello Ethan!" she was relieved a friend of hers was here to help. She would not feel awkward asking questions to him if she had to clarify things. As Ethan was introducing himself and he was done. Belle decided it was her turn.
Belle cleared her throat and began to speak. "Hi guys, i am Belle Lecium. I am a seventh year this coming term. It is going to my final year. I am from the United States, well the state i live in is Kansas. I am excited to work here and learn something new."
