"Tea it is," Annie seemed more pleasant as she offered the other woman a warmed cuppa. "Milk and sugar are on the tray," she added, waving her wand to the quill to get it started writing again. Time to begin.

"So," she settled back into her chair, "tell me why would like this position, and what you'd like to accomplish if you were to have it."
