He smiled as she said that he didnt have to surprise her, he nodded "I know.. but I.. I just felt like surprising you is all" he said as he gave her a big smile cause he was glad to hear she was just happy hanging out with him "Well I am glad you are happy, cause I am supposed to keep you happy." it was in his job description as a boyfriend "And bonuses are good.. they make everything a little more better " he smiled at her warmly.. his girlfriend... whom he liked immensely.. maybe even loved but he hadnt told her yet.

He smiled when she confirmed that they were good answers, and here he was sitting thinking that he hadnt given good answers. He had even surprised himself at how much he had learnt about this girl that had become his girlfriend after a year of being very good friends, but he was sure there was still more to learn about her and they had their whole lives for that.. cause he was planning on keeping Ella in his life.. as his girlfriend or even as a friend. He put a hand to her cheek "Trust me, you are one smart girl! I have known you long enough to know that now." he smiled as he looked into her eyes, he had known her for nearly 2 years now and in that time they had learnt alot about each other. He smiled brightly and raised his eyebrows "She is? You do? Well she likes you too! so I can imagine you two sitting down and having a big chat" he nodded, he was glad the two liked each other and enjoyed each others company. That meant it was easier for Harvey too! He didnt have to worry about his family liking Ella or not. He looked down as Ella grabbed his hand and he looked back up at her, after listening to her he nodded.. he should have expected that. Her dad hadnt seen her in months and was probably itching to see her too, whereas Harvey had been with her for those months so it was better she went home to her dad "I know we will.. but I just.. you know.. but.. its cool.. owl me when you wanna meet" he said giving her hand a gentle squeeze, he just couldnt wait to hang out with her again.. all those plans they had planned.. this was going to be one unforgettable summer! He nodded "He does?" Harvey's heart beat a little faster "You .. you write about me? How does your dad feel hearing about me all the time?" he asked wondering what her dad thought of the fact that his one and only daughter constantly spoke about a boy who a year ago didnt even know he liked her. "Well I will be glad to see him too!" he was like a little brother to Harvey.. Caleb and Emily were similar in ages.. Emily being only a year older than Caleb. He was then poked by Ella as she talked about his siblings, he leaned in closer "Oh really? and what would you do if they werent nice" he asked wondering what she would do.. he knew that it wouldnt come to that but he was just feeling a little fun.
