Sophie nodded her head energetically and continued playing with her hair frantically as Ella told her to take deep breaths. She did take the deep breaths, but faster than she was supposed to and it miight have sounded a bit like she was going into labor! Gaaaahh! Because yeah, hard time trying not to panic over here.

Well, Ella had a point. "You're right!" Sophie exclaimed, widening her eyes at her blonde friend. "Maybe I shouldn't tell him at all!" That soudned like a bad idea though... things could get worse if he found out by himself later. "Maybe... maybe I should secretly tell mum and ask her to tell him once we're back home and Oakey is faaaar away from us!" THERE! Sounded like the perfect plan!

"He can't go anywheeere near us when we get out of the train then!" Or maybe not even while they were on the train! WHATIF something happened on their way back to London and... SOMETHING, and her father showed up and saw them together and cursed Oakey's head off and and and!!!!!!!

But maybe she was overreacting... maybe...

"Mum will be there, but my dad has his ways!" As creepy as that might sound. It was true. "... Elliot told me her father doesn't like her boyfriend..." Was she really quoting Elliot now? Talk about desperation. "What if this happens to me as well??" Nooooo!! Sophie wanted Oakey and her dad to get along!!! "AND THERE'S MUM'S PLANTS!!" Sophie reminded herself, throwing her hands in the air and looking at the ceiling before flopping down on the compartment seat, covering her face with both hands.
