Mordred just watched as Beezus went for the sugar quills like a mad woman. "You are worse than Ethan when it comes to sweets." the Slytherin snorted as he looked away and closed his eyes lazily. He looked at her again and saw her cheeks flushing. "It? What do you mean by...'it'?" he said with a very curious tone. Mordred wasn't sure if it was the same 'it' that his mother gets from time to time. She gets all irritable too when she has...'it'.
"Is that supposed to be a compliment, Dred?" She further grinned, finished one of the quills and casually licked the fingers that previously held it. Wait, what? What did he just say? Beezus frowned at the Slytherin even though he couldn't see her expression with his eyes closed, "Once?" She was going to seriously hit his head with a broom. "Oh. So when we visited my mother, we didn't see each other." Really, now? "Merlin! Oh sorry, I thought you were that log." Sarcasm was once again getting the best of her.
News? What did he think, she turned into an owl? Beezus snorted soundly at this.
His gray eyes were on her again, she looked away and sucked on the remaining quill. Why, this was getting pretty awkward for a conversation but he sounded so curious. Beezus cleared her throat and blushed again. "You know...." Why can't he be just like West Odessa who already knew without her having to say anything? "Ehh..it's a girl thing, Orangefeet." Something boys just wouldn't understand.
