Louisa forgot to ask whether on this
LAST journey she still had to keep an eye out on the firsties - err, second years now. But she did so anyways. However, the journey down the road was a special one for the graduates so she had to give up and just go back to her luggage after maybe lagging just a bit to see the carriages getting loaded with students.
Where in Merlin's beard were her trunks?! She left them right here-- Louisa's eyes scanned the dock quickly and paused at the boat with Vickers and her luggage inside. He did it. Even though she said she didn't help, he still did it. She wasn't sure how she felt about this but it was nothing negative. See, that was the wrong thing she told Vashti about! Louisa couldn't bring herself to be truly passive toward Vick. She just kept finding him excuses and merely avoiding him. No confrontation, no angry faces, just... ignoring. With the two of them in a boat like that though was going to be hard to continue on this silent treatment and he probably knew that. And took advantage of it.
Coolly the former Head Girl pulled the cardigan she's wearing around herself tighter and carefully stepped into the boat, her balance issue was not concerning her as much as making sure not to look at the boy sitting in there. Once she seated herself in, her two felines moved closer and snuggled by her legs. Good, she could just focus on the cats now.
