Oh, Alec! Pao really liked this cool-older-Seeker-dude-Puff. So he definitely got a big GRIN when he scooted over near the Keeper. "
Alec, hey!" Yup, grin. But the next words from the older boy's mouth made Pao grow a bit red. "
Erm, yeah, thanks!" Because he was terrible at taking compliments. He was used to being complimented for his smarts, not his skills.
But wait. Hold the Quaffle... "
Hold up, YOU'RE proud of ME?! That's backwards, dude! I'M the one that should be proud of YOU! You won best Seeker!" And that was quite the accomplishment, given the talent in this school in that particular arena.
And there it was again: summer. "
Yeah, I'm excited, but I'm gonna miss all you guys!" He gestured to the table as a whole, even mentally including several people seated at other tables. "
And I'm gonna try my hardest to get my parents to let me come back here next year!" Especially now that he had so many friends. Just like Alec! "
