She was a bit surprised when he reached for her hand and squeezed it. It awarded him an awkward smile and a nod. He was so, so sweet. But this whole relationship thing took a bit of getting used to. Meep.
Oakey released Sophie's hand when she showed some sign of awkwardness to it.

Laughing at the awkwardness she saw Oakey give about her saying they were cute, he would need to get over that, because they were cute together. Oh yes the internship, she almost forgot Oakey had come into the office that day about the same thing. She was confused with Wizarding Money? Oakey gave her an odd look.

Oakey let himself calm down some, he was a little to joyful. He looked over to the Staff Table, No Ancient Runes Professor, No Astronomy Professor, and Hadley looked so lonely sitting by her lonesome with no one between her. Not to mention Vindictus who was leaving. He frowned but fixed it back to a smile when Ella said she'd hold him to his promise.
"I can't forget about Ice Cream around you. It's practically impossible to do so."
