She ruffled Alec's hair and waved to Minnie, "Hey guys! Great job in Quidditch, Alec. Congratulations on your Seeker award!"
Minerva turned as she heard someone talk in her direction. "Hey Awar, how are you doing?" She sat quietly as Awar congratulated Alec on his awesome keeper skills. Proud fake sister moment right here.. "He is just awesome isn't he." Yes he was a great seeker it was so fun to watch him. "So Awar how has your term been? Glad that it is coming to an end?" She hadnt' seen Awar in awhile and hoped that she had a good term. Every puff deserved some fun they worked so hard to catch up in points, it was an exciting ending watching the hour glasses. SPOILER!!: Oakey, Sophie, Ella, Alec, Blissy, Alex, and Nessie Quote:

That would require approaching Valentine and getting lots of cuts and scratches though.
As he moved to his table he looked at some of the faces that were already seated. Alec the champion seeker, Ella, Minerva, and there was Sophie. Oakey took his rightful place beside her and smiled."Heya guys." Oakey greeted them collectively. "I hope you're summers are gonna be great."
Then he turned completely facing Sophie."I wrote to Granny Gunter about you, and she says she could use another lady around the house" He gave a faint smile. Quote:

"Summer is going to be brilliant! We could meet up again!" Because Sophie really wanted to see Ella's grandma on stage agaaaaain! It had been way too much fun last summer before everything bad started happening. Eep. "Hi, Min!" The young badger smiled up at Minerva as their older friend approached and took a seat. "I know! This year flew by!" Which was great, in Sophie's opinion. Big plans for summer? Weeell... making sure it was great!completely different from last summer? Heh! "I hope I can see as many of my friends and relatives as possible!" Nod, nod! That was what made summer break good! "What about you?"
Oooooohhh!! Look who it was!! "Carigan!! I haven't seen you in a while!" Except in their dorms every night... well, sort of. Since they were forced to sleep in the Great Hall most of the term, Sophie had not seen her roommate so often as they used to. Sophie waaaaaved at her friend. "How are you?? Ready for summer break??" Heh, of course she was! Right?
Random girl she didn't know... how could Sophie not know another Hufflepuff??? Welp, that term had been a bit unusual... they didn't have their Common Room to socialize with their fellow housemates, so it made it all more difficult. Yep, that was the reason. "Helloooo!!" The third year waved again, this time to the little girl. "I'm Sophie! I don't think I know you!" Not officially, at least.
And before the unknown girl could reply to her, Sophie felt someone sitting right next to her and turned around to face... hiiiim! Heehee! "Haaai!" Grin! She was about to reply to his summer comment but her was already talking to her about something else. He seemed happy! That was GOOD! Because everyone else around them was a bit sad, apparently.
Anyway! He had owled home already?? That made Sophie blink a few times before giving a faint smile herself. "Sounds nice!" And it reminded Sophie she'd have to tell her parents too... because she hadn't yet, just because of her father. Maybe Ella was right and it would be best if she owled them giving them a heads up, to make things... a bit... less complicated when she got home. Would that even work?? Oh Merlin...! "You already know my dad, right?" It was a rhetorical question... kind of. Sophie didn't really know why she just said that, but yeah. Maybe she should try and prepare Oakey for... anything?
Oh, Meeerliiiiiiinnn.
But NOO! She wouldn't be sad nor worried. It was a FEAST! Sophie tried her best and BEAMED! at her housemates as more people approached the table. Oh! There was Laura!! The fourteen year-old was about to call out to her friend and waaave at her, but she froze before doing so. Oh.... oooohhhhhh..... Sophie gave Oakey a quick sideways glance.
Oh nooooooooooooooooooooo!!! Couldn't her life be a bit more simple now?? Merlin!
She could fix things, though. She so could! Everything would be fine in the end, yep. She just needed... some sort of plan. Quote:

Bliss would never forget her, ever. After all, she'd helped Bliss when she'd broken her wrist after the ride down in the Hogwarts Express. Then there was Arabella, one of Bliss' first friends and she was a VERY sweet person.
Don't think sad things, Bliss.
Too late.
Taking a deep breath, Bliss headed towards her friends and sat down beside them. Putting on a face and wiping away a few tears, she BEAMed. "Hey everyone," she said, looking around everyone. Quote:

He headed to the Hufflepuff table a little late, and the only open seat he could see was next to Bliss, the little second year he'd met while playing Quidditch. He smiled as he plopped down next to her. "Hey Bliss! How's it going?" he asked. He turned to the rest of the table and grinned. "Hey everyone! Great job this term...we were SO close," he said with a small sigh, looking back at the hourglasses. Damn. Just a fewwwww points away from that house cup again. Quote:

With her head still a little sore from a quidditch practice injuiry the one that stopped her from playing in the final match, the fifth year had to force herself a little before heading down to the great hall. She knew she had to be there though, especially with one of her closest of friends leaving Hogwarts forever. Not to mention she had to check that a special present would be delivered soon and of course she wanted to see her housemates too.
Pouting, the red head took her seat and placed her pygmy puff, that she had brought with, on the seat beside her. She looked around her table once and then turned around to look at the Gryffindor table where she tried to spot two certain people. No sign of them yet though, so for now she would wait. "Hey guys." She greeted some of the badgers around her.
Minerva turned her attention on the group that had been sitting as she came in when she saw Oakey walk in. Smiling she waved, "Hey Oakey.. What's going on?" She chuckled as he sat down next to Sophie, they were just so cute. "I'm so glad you two got together.. So cute"
Oh yes she agreed with Sophie, "Seeing friends would be great. It all depends on it I stay in London or if I have to go back to my grandparents. I'm just waiting to hear if I might have gotten the internship or not, but either way I'm ready for some fun."
Min looked up as Bliss, Alex, and Nessie came and sat down near them. "Hey guys, how is everyone this evening?" Minerva turned to Bliss first, "How are you feeling? Is your wrist doing well, how about your head?" Yes it had been a few days since the match, but she could still worry and still wonder. "So promise me you at least write this summer. I want to keep in touch with everyone."
Then she focused on Alex, "Hi Alex, ready for term to be over?" She didn't know Alex that well, but loved getting to know more people, so getting to know him would be something she would try to do for the evening.
Then looking over at Nessie, "Hey Nessie, how are you feeling? I hope better." She had heard that was why she wasn't at the match, she just hoped it wasn't anything serious. "You did a fantastic job at captain this year by the way. I had a blast announcing our team and even better getting to play with them." Now she had an entire summer to figure out if she wanted to try out next term for the team or announce. That was going to be a very hard thing to figure out, but then if Vindy wasn't going to be around next term would they even have announcers? Frowning Minerva didn't want to think about this at the moment. SPOILER!!: Emmaleigh sorry had to Quote:

She made sure to spend a considerable amount of time visiting all of her favorite spots like the Room of Requirement, the mirror on the fourth floor, the barns, quidditch pitch, and of course the lake. Now though, it was time for the closing feast, and so Em headed over to the Hufflepuff table and sat among those already gathered there. She sat there quietly looking down at the table drawing pictures with her fingers.
Minerva then noticed the seventh year puff sitting down. She didn't know Em very well, but she knew of her. She was Max's girlfriend and they were super cute together, but she got the feeling the girl really didn't like Min that well. Not sure if she should say anything or not, Minerva took a deep breath, "Hello Em, are you alright? I bet you have fabulous plans for the summer." Yes, talk about summer maybe that could cheer her up, Minerva tried to avoid seventh year, not coming back, and what are you doing after Hogwarts comments. SPOILER!!: Belle Quote:

She could not believe term went by so fast. She felt like just yesterday she was starting lessons and getting used to the feel of starting school. Now it was done and she was at the start of term feast?
Now Belle had to think of her seventh year. What will she do after hogwarts? Belle did not know yet. She did not want to think out it. But she had the internship to look forward to. As Belle was lost in her thoughts, she saw all her friends sitting at the table. As Belle saw Alec, Belle wanted to say goodbye to him before he left this year. As Belle made her way towards Alec, Belle tapped him and said, "Hey you! How was your year?" as she hugged him tightly. She was going to miss this little boy. Well he was not little anymore, he was growing up into an adult. As Belle was making her way toward the food, she was quite hungry but she was nervous that next year will be her last year eating here. She is going to miss her younger friends that is for sure. Then Belle saw her first friend she made. She saw Ella. Belle gasped and went to go say hi to her! But Belle saw she was busy with other people but she wanted to say something.
As Belle made her way towards Ella, Belle cleared her throat so she would not be rude, Belle smiled and said, "Hey Ella! I just wanted to check up on you and see how were things and by the way congrats on the quidditch cup win! I am very proud of you." Belle could not help it but show pride for her little puffs. As Belle was talking to Ella, Belle saw Awar she met this year. She was so sweet. Belle could not help it but talk to her. "Hey Awar! How was your first year? I bet it went by fast huh?" Then Belle spotted Laura! One of her best friends. Belle remembered she tried to get her out of trouble once. She could not believe how long ago that was. As Belle was done talking to Awar, Belle turned to Laura and tapped her and hugged her. "Hey Laura! How are you? We sure had fun at the lake huh? I am going to miss you this summer."
Minerva smiled as Belle came and sat down. "Hey I was wondering where you were." Minerva laughed a bit, "So you ready to be a big bad seventh year?" She couldn't believe they were all going to be another term older. It just didn't seem possible, even Minerva couldn't believe she was going to be a fifth year. "Have you heard anything about the internship yet? You applied didn't you?" Minerva had wondered if anyone had heard yet to try and figure out who might be in London and who wouldn't be. "If my parents say I can, I would love for you to come to the sleepover." Laura really hoped that her friend could come, it would be awesome. Quote:

He couldn't help but smile himself, he didn't think he would like Hogwarts and now he doesn't want to leave. Then again, going back home won't be too bad. He'll get time spend time with dad, Ana, and Grampi...And Laura. LAURA!
When he came by the Huffie-puffle table, he saw her, looking pretty as usual. It should be a joyous moment for Mick, but he began to feel sick to his stomach and stopped walking when he remembered the letter he got from his mother. A letter detailing of how his mother wants him to go on holiday with her this summer, since he didn't visit his mother during Christmas. Truthfully, he doesn't want to go but he doesn't want to hurt his mother's feelings again. You can't avoid it, she might understand. Mick knew that very well, but it still made him feel very bad about it. And what about his friends? He wants to hang out with everyone this summer. I'm not going... The last thought that ran through his head made him feel worse. He couldn't understand it, his mother isn't exactly his favorite person in the world and he's feeling guilty.
No matter! Despite his conflicted feelings about the summer, he forced a smile on his face and headed over to Huffie-puffle table, grabbing a seat next to Laura. "Hey there, girly," he cooed at her. And just like that, the grin wasn't forced anymore. He was genuinely happy. Whatever problems were going on before didn't matter anymore.
Minerva then saw Mick and Laura sitting near each other and smiled, "Hey love birds, what's going on? You two are being quiet over here.. Laura no songs? Mick could sing with you he's pretty good at it from what I remember." She laughed joking with them. "So what's your big plans this summer. Maybe we can actually have that double date since we didn't get a chance before term ended." She chuckled, but felt bad at the same time, "I feel like part of that is my fault. Classes and homework kind of took over my life and I didn't do much else." She was proud of all the work she had accomplished this term, but she knew that her socializing lacked a bit from it.
