She herself wasn't feeling very happy and she would've felt more than a little hypocritical telling the other girl to smile so she simply patted her on the back. No hugging though. Not now. Not for a long time. "I'm sure you'll have fun and make new friends wherever you go." That's when it hit her. Vivi would make new friends and she'd forget all about her. It was thoughts like those that made it hard to not cry.
