Post Harry Potter Leavesden Studio Tour Christmas holiday season set photos, report

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter began its winter and holiday festivities this past weekend, and SnitchSeeker was on hand to take a look at some of the additions to the Great Hall, Gryffindor boys' dormitory, and Burrow, as Christmas nears. SnitchSeeker correspondent Milo headed to the Leavesden Studio Tour on Saturday and managed to take dozens of photos of the new additions running through this January, as well as note what was added to the Harry Potter Studio Tour.

Saturday 1st December marked the day that Christmas at Hogwarts officially begins. As we have seen in the movies, the interiors of Hogwarts are adorned with reefs, trees and many other Christmas decorations to mark the festive season.

The Warner Bros Studio Tour London, the making of Harry Potter upheld that tradition and has updated the tour to tie in with the Holiday theme, and so anyone lucky enough to be visiting Leavesden during this period will get an even more magical experience. The doors of the Great Hall are decorated with two large reefs, and once the doors open you will see the Great Hall in all its glory complete with decorated walls, Christmas trees, festive dinners that line the tables, and even Christmas crackers that are specific to each of the Hogwarts houses.

Other parts of the tour that have been update, include the Gryffindor Common room, and the boys dormitory. Christmas cards, tinsel decoration and torn up wrapping paper are just some of the things that you may notice. The back-lot part of the tour is also said to have a magical touch, and if you're lucky enough, it may even snow.

Once you've finished the tour, you can enter the giftshop which now includes some more festive options to purchase, including Harry Potter Christmas tree decorations and Christmas Cards. Some of the display cases also have a nice and snowy festive touch to them which may just tempt you to open your wallet.
