With everything that had happened recently on the pitch and the connection it had with Selina that he was supposed to be pulling himself from, Gideon hadn't been sure of wanting to attend the championship. Shoot, he hadn't even attended the flying final even though he had never missed a class but he had done it. However it was his last championship at Hogwarts and the teams playing were of the houses that two of his good friends were from so the seventh year felt a pull to attend after all.
He had even checked to see the posted roster before the game to see who exactly was playing. With news that Violet would be absent he figured Ravenclaw might as well be the source of any support he might give out throughout the game. Surely the Hufflepuff would understand his reasoning...right?
Heading out from the dorms when it was getting close to playing time, Gideon made his way up to the stands wandering about to find a spot he wouldn't mind. The prefect finally settling on one side of the pitch and sitting down to await the beginning of the match.
