Oakey took one long look at the Parchment as Vickers handed it to him. He set it down and let off a loud and uproarious laugh. "Can I get a copy of this?" he said with the large grin on his face. It looked beautiful with all the heroes laid out on it.

He looked down at it again, but this time to try and decipher the message Vickers left him. Every now and then a small smirk or a quick laugh would leave Oakey. Especially when he would come across heroes he was sure no one else would know, like Namor, Luke Cage, and Yellowjacket.

"I think I've got it." Oakey said said lifting his head up. He looked back down again at the heroes though and back up at Vickers. He was Seventh Year Ravenclaw, there may be more to it then what he thinks. "but, can I look at your decoding system too."
