All of a sudden Hyde had approached her and then realization had hit her. Here she was making a sketch of how she wanted her shoes to look and she had completely forgotten that they had to partner up and make each other shoes. UGGGH! Of all people she had ended up with Laura. She didn't know how that had happened. Oh yeah... she waited until the last moment and got stuck with the leftovers. She was going to have to make the best of the situation.

The first thought that came to her mind was to mess up her shoes, but she needed to work smarter, not harder. If she messed with the girls shoes then she would have to work with her enemy for that much longer, and she definitely didn't want to do that. She looked over at Laura and noticed that the girl had actually given her a smile. Weird. Maybe she was actually going to be pleasant. Hannah did not return the smile though. She would have to feel out the situation before she committed to any kind of mood with Laura. They did not have a good history with each other.

Heels. Hannah was on board with heels. She was just about to make some for herself before she realized that they had to work in partners. "Heels are fine." Then Laura just had to make a jab at Hannah. This is excatly why she did not return her smile. She knew that something like this was bound to happen. "Don't get sassy Hyde!" she warned. The last thing they needed was a duel while they were trying to complete their homework. "Of course I can master some heels. How do you want yours to look?"
