| Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict Kendall had looked up from her sketch as Professor Hadley had greeted her back, but had gone back to the butterfly shortly afterward. She'd been paying attention as the lesson had begun. She'd even written a few notes in the empty space around the sketch, but she hadn't piped up with any answers. They were discussing curses, which wasn't entirely surprising givent he previous lessons. So far they hadn't actually gotten into actual curse-breaking, though, so her mind kept going back to the conundrum that was if dementors had babies. Seeing as discussing curses just made her think of DADA, and she practically expected to see Professor Romanos appear.
So far, the other professor hadn't, and she'd heard Professor Hadley call out Alexa for suggestions, which meant she was aware of the people who didn't look like they were paying attention. Which meant her head came up again, shortly followed by her hand. As she'd thought of another curse that hadn't been mentioned yet. At least, she didn't think it had. "Professor Hadley? What about the Thief's Curse? I don't know the incantation," or didn't remember, "but it's used to keep people from stealing things. Or even thinking about stealing them, but generally it's cast on actual thieves." That sounded kind of like a superhero curse, except for the fact she was fairly sure superheroes wouldn't use curses.
