Now they probably thought she was all mopey all the time, which she was not.
So, everytime a student greeted her, and even the few who didn't, she chirped up with a "HELLO!" and a smile. It was going to be a GOOD lesson, if not GREAT. There were no creatures around, but just because it was a creatures class, didn't mean there had to be any.
At least, Vanora was going to tell herself that. Still, the lesson should be fun. "No, we're not going to be doing anything that involves grass." she laughed softly at Alexa's question before shooing her with her hands so she would hop off the table. They needed that to work. And that shooing went to everyone who was sitting on the table. Glancing down at her watch once the table was child-free, Vanora decided it was time to officially start the lesson. "Hello, everyone, and thanks for coming to the last lesson of the term!" Yay! She waited for the imaginary hoots and hollers to die down before continuing. "So, before you all find out what's in the bins in front of you, does anyone want to take a guess as to what's inside of them? And before you do, no, there are no living creatures or animals inside, because there are no holes in the top and that would be just wrong."
That was a big enough hint, though, right? Ehh. Vanora stood back to see if it was.
No.
Well, that was the answer to the question. Sierra didn't really want to guess. She was content with just revealing the answer and moving on. That didn't seem to be the case, though, so she stared at the bins a bit before raising her hand. "So I'm guessing you've got tools and supplies in there," she said. "Maybe a bit of food. Are we going to feed the creatures or something?" If so, somebody else could feel the large creatures. Sierra would volunteer for a bird. That way, all she had to do was throw seeds or something in the air.
