It wasn't long before Gideon was joined in the ghosts' company by some of the rest of his leaders. First a Huffie prefect and Kurumi, then two captains. His fellow prefect reminding him about Walnut's captivity causing a slight frown. The feline better not cause trouble. The owl upon the Ravenclaw captain's shoulder seemed not to like his own familiar and Gideon could feel a slight tightening of a claw on his shoulder. "At ease Bastian. Evening Kurumi."
He nodded at Nick's request and slipped his wand out as Dixon beat him too it. Seeing as there was no harm in some more light, he added his own with a quiet "Lumos..." It was then as his wand tip lit up that he realized that a couple of his fellow leaders were INSIDE the room. Hadn't there been a barrier or sorts here? Gideon could have sworn one of the othere times he had found himself here there had been no way for humans to enter.
Perhaps what had messed up the common rooms had effected it as well.
As for candles well... "I'm not sure if there are. Usually ye not allowed inside," he remarked with a shrug in answer to the Hufflepuff's question as a third captain and another prefect appeared. Gideon was civil and silent towards Dylan not about to make too much of his presence for now. But it did make him wonder where Selina was.
