Minerva smiled, probably with a little to much excitement for the library.. "Yes.. It's a date!" She winked at him. Anytime she got to spend with Ethan was a great time in her book, plus the library was one of her favorite places, so it was win/win. Minerva smiled as he talked about Laura and Mick. "Yes, I think that min gold could be fun." She then blushed and looked at him with some surprise.. "What do you mean you heard I was... I'm not that great, I just have played before here. It's a fun little pass time in America." The only person she had played with was DJ, did he say something to Ethan.
With a smile that would not leave her face she got excited hearing about a possible trip to hogsmeade with Ethan. Then she blushed as he said about her being beautiful. He was always being so sweet to her. "Well I hope Hogsmeade will be available to us soon, because going to Honeydukes and then the three broomsticks with you is one of the best ideas I have heard." Spending time at the castle had been a great time, but getting out of the castle and spending time with Ethan sounded like an even better idea. Minerva already started running through her outfits she could possibly wear and then remembered that most of her cute things were stuck locked in the common room.. Well that was sad, but she would figure something out.
Ethan grinned a little as Minnie approached on her broom.
Laughing as she went into the air, she leaned forward on her broom and took off quickly to try and catch up. Noticing he slowed she frowned a bit hoping he didn't think he would have to go easy on her. She pulled up on her broom to slow when she got closer. "So what shall we do now that we are up here?" She laughed and leaned forward to send the broom zooming forward.
Ethan thought about mini golf for a moment - his short experience with the game himself as well as what it would be like to double date there - when he noticed Minerva was giving him an odd look. He laughed a little and then tried to explain.
"I played it once here a couple months ago.. I ended up playing with a little Gryffindor, DJ I think he was called, and as we got to talking it came out that you played with him before.. I guess? He said you were really good.. like you could get the ball in the hole with one shot." He gave her a sideways glance, wondering if that was really true.
"You don't have to go easy on me or anything," he added with a grin.
"Just.. uh, don't destroy me?" The boy gave a chuckle at his own words. Even if she did.. which was likely.. he was sure they would still have fun.
Well, hopefully Hogsmeade would be open soon, because talking about it made the boy even more anxious to go. He thought a bit about the last time they had been permitted to go and couldn't help the grin starting to form on his face, remembering their last encounter there.
"Yes.. I hope so too," he said. "I had a good time there the last couple times we went.. It's just too bad they don't let us every weekend." Or even once a month. Maybe next weekend they could go.. though he hadn't heard anything about it being open for them that soon.
Ethan grinned a little as Minerva approached on her broom. He knew she would catch up to him.. hopefully she didn't think he thought she wasn't a good flier. He just wanted to enjoy some time flying next to her.
"I don't know.. just enjoy the scenery, fresh air.. or.. race each other?" he added with a raised eyebrow as she sped off. Chuckling, Ethan increased his speed to pursue her.
