Ella frowned a little, feeling bad that her friend was so upset about all this. "People don't think that...everyone loses at some point and it doesn't mean you're losers." And really, Ella wasn't even sure why she was trying because Theo seemed pretty set on the idea that people were gossiping about the Slytherin team. "Just ignore the people who are saying mean things. They're obviously just being daft." And mean too, mostly mean. Luckily for the Lurker, the third year didn't think much of the constant BEAM on his face. She tended to BEAM all the time so it didn't seem weird at all to her. "Welcome, Theodore." Nod. The blonde smiled a bit as her friend corrected himself, nodding. "Yup Ellawoman, fighting crime and eating ice cream." Giggle. SO LEGIT.

Hufflepuff gossip? Ella smiled a little, rolling her eyes at the second year. "Well...not that I know of." Nod. "We were meant to be having a party before we got locked out of the common room...or more like thrown out." FROWN. "Pity too cause we were going to make s'mores and I LOVE s'mores." Ella was pretty sure this wasn't the juicy type of gossip Theo was searching for, though.

Ella considered the question for a minute, chewing on her lip. She did appreciate the help, especially as it concerned things in her hair. The stroking though? Hmm..."I guess if he was trying to help I could let it slide." And she smiled a bit, knowing she wouldn't have done anything even if she thought he was being evil. She wasn't much good at retaliation. The random comment about how Theo had NOTHING to do with it caused the blonde to raise her eyebrows a bit. Because when West was up to something it was almost always the case that Theodore was working with him and...O___O No...no, that would be just plain weird.

He wanted to buy her a dream catcher? Ella smiled at this, thinking that was quite nice ~~and a little out of character~~ of the Lurker. "That's sweet Theo but I'll be fine." It wasn't like she'd been not sleeping for weeks, it was just occasionally. "I bet I'll sleep better tonight, after talking about it with someone. That sometimes helps." Nod. So no need to worry.
