Personality

Manolo is usually very kind-hearted. His parents have thought him his gentlemen-y ways and has grown to be hopeless romantic. He gets his sense of humor from his father and his Spanish grandfather. In his earlier years in Hogwarts, he was quite a ladies man, but soon changed when he fell hard in love the summer of his 6th year in Hogwarts. When his father passed away, Manolo became more serious and watchful of his family. Soon after, he had his heart shattered and became a bit aloof of love, but it slowly opening up again.

History

Manolo was born in Manchester, England to Darius , a Pureblood, and Belinda, a Muggle, Black. He was an exceptionally bright child in grade school and went to a muggle school in Manchester until he was eight when his sister, Awarlesta, was born.

After Awarlesta was born, the family moved to Oxfordshire, England and lived there since then. The family often visited Belinda's parents in Spain in the summer and Manolo was able to speak fluent Spanish. His father's side of the family are mostly all graduated Slytherin purebloods, so the fact that their family was half and half was not delightful to the Black's. Manolo's father urged them to ignore their rude remarks and carry on with their head held high.

Manolo recieved a letter from Hogwarts at 11 and was sorted in Ravenclaw, delighting his parents. He was rather exceptional at CoMC, Potions, and Muggle Studies. He eventually found he was extremely comfortable with creatures and discovered his true calling.

Towards the start of his 7th year in Hogwarts, his father had been killed while being on Auror duty by undiscovered criminals. He managed to get through his last year and pass his exams with flying colors.

Now, with his mother missing, he's left as the man of the family, taking care of his fifth-year sister. He came to the Ministry for hope of better future.
