Sutton just looked back and forth between the boys. She didn't understand, and she'd never understand. If Isaac wasn't going to listen to her and get over this, then fine. Whatever. He hadn't been the one to come chasing her through the snow that day anyway, so why should she waste her time chasing after his awful attitude.
Perhaps if she hadn't been in such a mood now, she would have cared more about his shoulder. The fact that it was entirely numb wasn't good, and that much she knew. He should at least feel pain. Numb meant he had damaged the nerves. But he was going to see the Healer now and that was what mattered, she supposed. "Good," was all she said as she watched the bits of his broom burn... in the hallway.
She stood up to leave and then began to walk away, but stopped and turned taking out her wand. "Finite," she cast, putting out the flames, and then she cast reducto, turning them into a combination of ashes and saw dust. "You can't just light fires in the hallway," she said before flipping her hair over her shoulder and starting off down the corridor.
Boys.
