"Hello Professor." she said with a little wave upon entering. Yup. She was in such a good mood, she wasn't even dreading the lesson or the accent.
She looked around the classroom before heading to the back corner and slipping into one of the seats. She got comfortable and crossed her legs. As she did this, a heart shaped pendant slipped out from it's spot tucked into the side of her shoe. She quickly tucked that back into place and flashed Milton a little half-smile. Yeah... she was wearing his present...
Milton was happy, yes, but he felt like his arms were going to fall off. He was also muscley, yes, but trudging up five flights of stairs with lots of books was a hard thing to do. PLUS, he had Anya's books too. So he had an excuse.
"Hey Professor," he said coolly, following Anya inside the class room. As soon as Anya picked a seat, Milton dropped their books on the desk with a loud BOOM and flopped onto the seat next to her.
"Never again."
A shimmer caught his attention out of the corner of his eye and he looked down to see Anya wearing an anklet. Except... That wasn't an anklet, that was the necklace he had given her for Valentine's day.
"You do realize necklaces are meant to be worn on your neck, right?" Just saying.
