Then she got out her measuring spoons. She picked out the tablespoon. Then she got out her poppy seeds and started to closely measure the poppy seeds. After she measured them twice, she put them into the mortar. Then she took her pestle and started to grind them into dust. She took her frustrations out onto the poppy seeds. It felt good actually.

Then Belle took her seven sprigs of valerian sprigs and put them in with the poppy seeds. Then she crushed them together with the dust already in tact. After she was all finished crushing her ingredients. She admits her hands kind of hurt, she placed the dust and crushed sprigs into the potion.
