Huh?
All she could afford? What hole had Dacs been living in? She was certainly out of touch with the wizarding world. Way out of touch, her retort didn't even deserve an answer, so it didn't get one. It was simply just not worth her time."All brawn and no brain Antoni. It's a shame. Father didn't need to leave me any money, even though what he did leave went to his legitimate wife, my mother." She fixed her with a scorned look. "My brother, Nathan is a top broker and my youngest sister is in university...we're doing pretty damn well thank you very much, I'd say my father would be proud of his family...very proud."
Layla didn't move when Dacs stepped in closer but she did hold her breath. If she was dressed like that she epected her to stink.
Hmph.
"When I got here I never heard of you, walking around with a stink face doesn't make you established. you need to cut your over inflated ego puppy."
Dacs looked down at her watch and said,
"Enough time is wasted here. I'll be speaking to you soon or maybe next time I should just beat the snot out of you since that's what you keep saying. If I didn't have any brains, then how is it that I am able to investigate and track our father's killer?" as she dropped her hands in her pockets,
"As if you care anyway."
With that she looked up at another voice nearby her, that seemed to be addressing her.
Turning back sharply, she snapped,
"It's Dacs to you. Antoni is reserved for people who I respect." Quote:

"Hey, sorry about that. It's my job to keep the riff-raff in line. Are you new?" she asked the woman.
