Well, Konrad almost thought that it was a stupid thing to propose right there, in the middle of the street, but he realized that it was anything but stupid. But insane? Yes, he still thought that. He couldn't believe he was engaged... for a second time. It only made him even more nervous about trying not to do something wrong to lose her, but he wouldn't let that happen.

He was brought back to reality when Roxanne traced a finger down his chest, causing him to grin widely. "Why, Miss Carter," ~~soon to be Mrs Scherfig~~, "of course I do." Leaving juuuust a little space between them, he held out his hand with the ring in the other, waiting for hers.
