Beezus raised an eyebrow at the she-snake when the girl smirked at her. What? Something funny all of a sudden? And Gerald, quit the eyeing. Their gestures made her a little uncomfortable..what with Dylan beside her and all.

The banter was still on session though so she hurriedly tossed the fleeting feelings of awkwardness that was about to engulf her.

More snorting at you Juliet, "I believe it is not my fault that you don't mingle much with your fellow snakes." So basically, don't go complaining on me that you barely know the guy because you're a bit...anti-social. She wasn't being mean in her head, just being honest really.

Ignoring the two for a second, she turned to Dylan and was about to ask him why she was there when Juliet spoke up again. *eyeroll* She won't even let her speak to the Slytherin Captain? ..Oh, what? Tradition and...........facts?

SHOOT. She hasn't read up on that one. "I...ermmm..." The Ravenclaw started, thinking of a 'historical origin' of this whole kissing under the mistletoe as she cleared her throat. "WELL..." This time she shot Gary a look that said 'Could you just pleeeeaaaaaaaase kiss her?', because Beezus didn't think she'd want to create a story about this, but if he wasn't going to do anything then here goes nothing. "Well...there's this...."

*BLINK*

Her cheeks puffed red almost immediately. Gary and Juliet were both smirking! *inner flail* Gaah! See how they were meant for each other? Their smirks were almost identical! And it was obvious they were both thinking of the same idea. She was so going to get them both for this.

She heard Dylan coughing behind her and that's when she saw the ambiguity of the she-snake's attempt at using the situation against her. On a calm tone, she replied, "I do like traditions but I certainly am not craving for kisses." A bit of blushing there. "But you see Juliet, we are not the ones under the mistletoe. You and Gary are." Heh. "Which brings us back to the clear fact that it is the two of you that needs to kiss." Not her and Dylan.
