Seri reached for the nearest things- a desk carved completely out of chocolate, upon which was a hard-toffee pencil holder, within which were candycane pens. She took a green and white stripe one to lick for a while. It tasted like mint and pine tree. She would keep it as a snack for in lessons... actually, she pocketed half of them. They would be useful...

In the middle of Lex's munching Seri asked her a question that caused her to stop abruptly and look over at her. "You know...I'm not sure...." She thought a bit more. What if this thing really was a wizard portrait? Surely it would have started screaming by now. Her munching and cheek movements got slower as she pondered the thought for a bit more. That's when she remembered that obnoxious painting she'd had the displeasure of running into her. This made her bite an extra large chunk from the painting.

"If it is then I might just be doing the school a favour." Yup. Munch. Munch. Who said she never did anything with the school's best interest at heart? At the moment she was getting rid of a potentially annoying portrait that just happened to taste yummy.

Looking over, she saw that her friend was finally starting her own little feast. Why not? All this stuff had to go somehow and if they didn't eat it then she had a very bad feeling that it would all be destroyed and therefore WASTED. Just the thought was enough to make her cringe. Nothing here could be wasted!

If things started looking impossible then she and Seri would just have to pocket as much as they could then hide out in one of the corridors after lights out and finish what they could--HEY, now there was an idea! A late night eating spree filled with sugar! She would suggest it if need be.
