Her eyebrows went up as he mentioned the brooch again and the ice queen's demeanor seemed to melt a bit. She put out a hand toward him, as if she were going to pat his arm, but quickly thought better of it.

Then her cool smile was back and she was back to sitting rigidly in her chair, as if that were to be her final words to Daichi.
Hoisting his bag over his shoulders with the ducks head popping out so that it could look around as well, Daichi could not help but open his mouth and stare in awe.
"More than five housepoints?!" he repeated as his eyes seemed to twinkle.
"AND a.....wait, what is monetary?" the Slytherin had no idea what that word was because he had never heard it before.
"Can i eat it?" he looked up again hopefully.
"A FOOD REWARD?!" he suddenly squealed as if he suddenly understood what the word meant.
"I'm going to search right now! Tinka told me how it looks like, Bye Meanie~! ...i-i-mean Headmistress!" and he quickly ran away from the pink throne.
