Juliet stared at Beezus for awhile at the presence of the Slytherin captain. Her mood sort of changed. She saw her smiled before but this time it looked differently. It looked happier, as if birds were singing. A big smirk is found on her face. Ohhhh, Castell. You keep on forgetting that Slytherins are actually cunning. Of course Juliet didn't react to it, she can wait for the perfect timing later. And why is she attempting to let them kiss? Where in a world do you find a person who actually thinks that way? Is it even normal? Again, questions bring back to her being in Ravenclaw. It's just utterly weird for someone to think that way.
Who does she think she is? Cupid?
As for her follow up question, Juliet began to frown. "I'm new so I barely knew people. I don't talk to most of them" which explains why he and Gary have just met. Maybe, just maybe, they have crossed paths but it's nothing really Juliet could have remembered. She met him once during the pep rally and barely had a conversation with the guy. It's not like they're now close with each other but even so. Kissing someone random? She surely has peculiar thoughts.
Tradition
HAH! Juliet almost scoffed but remained herself quiet for quite awhile to. "What tradition and based on what facts?" come on Ravenclaw, what are your exact basis on this because Juliet has not heard of this so-called tradition, it'd be nice to listen to this history lecture. Smile.
I mean, I don't think it's too bad to kiss someone under a mistletoe.

Remember about the perfect timing, well, right now, it is the perfect timing. Juliet brushed her bangs to the side and looked at Beezus and then back at the Slytherin captain. "If you like tradition and kissing under a mistletoe, why not kiss him instead" her finger pointing at Dylan. "Based on what I can see, you two look very comfortable with each other." she added "and didn't you say that it's not too bad to kiss someone? At least, you two already know each other." giving her a another quick smile "It's tradition, won't you respect it?"
Juliet seem to have justified herself. What? She only said these based on what Beezus had said earlier. She's an attentive listener after all.
