Late nights perfecting all the charms and decorations as well." It had been a lot of hard work to be sure, but it was great to see it all pay off.
Even if Kurumi had had to literally beat Selina off of the sweets at the food table that her and the house elves had made.
"Not just me," Kurumi beamed proudly as she nodded her head towards the house elves. Really THIS was the best part. They got to bake with the house elves who were fantastic. "Once they stop running around that is."
Giggling softly, Kurumi gestured towards the array of cookie cutters. "Just pick whatever shape you want and go ahead and start cutting some out of the dough I just rolled out."
Sarah was glowing. There should have been a meet and greet Kurumi instead of headmistress with the big ego...
"Thank you for your hard work! You will just have to teach me some of those charms some time.". Noticing the house-elves were there Sarah grinned and waved at them, “that makes it even more awesome,” she said genuinely.
Sarah nodded as she took the instructions internally. She selected a ‘k’ shaped cookie cutter, a ‘J’,’S’,’P’,’b’, ‘A’ and ‘E’ shaped one as we as a butterfly, a heart and a man. Took some dough that Kurumi had rolled out and placed it in front of her. Eying all the goodies around Sarah said “
with all this free and good stuff around I think I will need a coracle to transport it”. Then she said, “
mind you, I will make a coracle”. She reached into her pockets and drew out her wand and a stick. Then casting the spell she had learnt in transfiguration she made a coracle.
“see, it always helps to come prepared” she said, showing a garbage bags she had brought just in case someone (i.e. Elijah) needed a shirt. She then stuffed them back in her pocket
Putting the coracle down (she made it big enough to hold lots of goodies, but small enough to hold) she went back to work.
Placing all the cookie cutters on the dough, some more then others. When she got to the K she then piped up somewhat randomly,
“Y;know Kurumi. Does one have to be perfect to be a lion prefect or is it just a co-incident that they are spelt similarly and that you are a prefect?”
