Ethan smirked slightly as he suppressed a snort of amusement. So the girl was a bit touchy.. heh. He was expecting that.. but he had to put that out there.. It was his business unless he chose to share it, which he did. But it amused him to push the girl's buttons just a little.

He nodded in understanding as Elliot continued. Yep, that's what he wanted.. to know her more.. "Good.. I don't want to give her the wrong idea." She seemed very innocent, he wasn't sure she had much experience with boys.. and he didn't want her to think one date meant going steady. And hurting someone so sweet and innocent wasn't an option. He could be straight with Cora.. no problem. A hint of a smile crossed Ethan's lips as he thought for a moment. "Yeah.. I'll ask her out." He looked at Elliot for a minute as he tapped his fingers on the bench. "I might need your help with something though.."
