With a heavy sigh she turned into the Great Hall and stopped dead in her tracks.

They weren't dead. They were here and alive and well enough to go kissing--and here she thought only students tried hurting her eyes. CRINGE.

But over-looking that she began to see the bigger picture. Christmas decorating!!!! She could help. She always helped at home and this year she wouldn't be able to so she might as well here! Now then. She scanned the room for people she might know but stopped at a certain blonde. "Vivi!" She hurried over and latched onto her. "Thank merlin you're not dead!" Not very random when you thought about it.

Then she let go because there was something different about the room...something VERY different. She began tapping her cheek as she thought. The paint looked the same...the floor was still hard...the furniture was still--

O___O

The furniture...who stole it?

She searched the room as if the answer was in there too and her eyes met the Groundskeeper. "Hello Shiny Groundskeeper." BEAM. "What can I help with?" Because she could be helpful while she was looking for answers. And she saw Sarah so she gave her a wave.
OOMPH! Vivi had to take a step back as the full force of the little Gryffindor nearly bowled her over. She put out her arms to keep from falling and then threw them around the girl as soon as she had her balance.

"Short Stuff! Where have you been hiding?" She ruffled the girl's hair with a fond smile. Rotten thing had never shown up for her chocolate frogs.

Oh! "This is Louisa and Juliet. Louisa is another seventh year Ravenclaw, and Juliet is a Slytherin. Stay out of trouble or I'll whomp you like a willow." She ruffled the girl's hair again and gave her a little shove to head off with her friends.

It was a fact, Louisa was just pointing out a fact. She moved with Juliet then to the decoration box and looked inside for any magical Christmas-y bulbs.

.... out of nowhere a loud Gryffindor kid came running and slamming against the blonde Ravenclaw. The redhead 'claw raised her eyebrows, amused, and waved. "Well hello to you too." There was sarcasm in her voice of course, since you know greeting someone and ignoring the rest of the group. Not cool.

Aaaanyways. "I like the candles!" She exclaimed, wiping her nose absently and nodding at Juliet. "And yeah, a protective charm for the tree would be--" THWACK! The 'claw's attention snapped toward the commotion a bit farther away from where she stood with her friends to find the librarian with a slap mark on his cheek, the Healer fuming in front of him and.... a mistltoe in his hand.

Oh no he din't! Merlin's striped socks!

She watched the man retreat away to the door and her amusement was mixed with sympathy. Returning to her two friends, she lowered her voice, "Whoops! Someone had a death wish." She pointed with her thumb over her shoulder at the Hall's door.

Aaaaaanyways again, she dug into the decoration box for a few minutes before fishing out a golden bauble. "AHA! This is what I'm talking about! Charm those baubles to make them shine like the sun and load the tree with them!" Make some other hover around it instead of hanging onto it. Really, Louisa just wanted it to be the brightest tree in this Hall.
"You have become incredibly bossy in your convalescence. I'm not sure I approve of this tone. You're not my Head Girl. I never voted for you," Vivi stuck out her tongue at Louisa, but she obediently picked up the ornaments, as well as a few others that seemed likely and headed toward the tree.

People did strange and wonderful things for a person when they weren't feeling well, it was true. Or at least they did for Louisa. The illness plaguing the Head Girl was bound to come round to Vivi soon, and she was under the impression she'd have to get by with thick socks, tons of Pepper-Up, and vials owled from her concerned father. Come to think of it... those vials would probably keep her spritely right through the disease.

"I'm going to charm the tree to be fire-proof. What about tinsel? Or is it too tacky?"
