Pushing him away from her she reached out and SLAPPED him across the face. "What the bloody hell are you doing?" Well she knew what he was doing and she didn't like it... not one little bit. "Do something like that again and you'll be feeling more than a slap Mr. Kitridge!" That's right, he'd be feeling just what it was she could do with her wand.

But now that she had Mr.Gibbins' attention, her focus was here now and she took her eyes off Leo, surely he didn't need her to keep watch over him while he was talking to Cece. The man could handle himself couldn't he?
"Oh well Seb it is then." She smiled at him but beamed brighter at his following coming. "Well now, it seems I'm not the only one here who's good with charms, but I'll certainly do my best."

It turned out she was wrong. She actually needed to oversea Leo's conversation with Cece because now the man's face was smarting from a Merlin almighty slap to his face from the healer. What in blazes was that for? Now she knew the woman had a nasty temper but assaulting a professor was just going way too far.
"What in Merlin's Beard is going on?" She demanded, more facing Leo than Cece.

When he showed Cece the mistletoe and leaned in to kiss her Leobald never in a million years thought that he’d get a slap across the face because it. He sincerely thought she’d understand the tradition associated with mistletoes and so on and not be offended. He hadn’t lifted it up over their heads but he hadn’t thought he needed too.
Rubbing his slightly warm face where he had been slapped just seconds ago Leobald tried to apologize for his actions looking into Cece’s eyes as he spoke sincerely.
"I’m so sorry. I thought you knew the tradition associated with mistletoes. At least in my family its tradition to hang mistletoes up over doors around Christmas time and if you stand under one with someone you like you are supposed to kiss them. Sorry, it was not my intention to hurt you; I guess I got a little mistletoe crazy when i found it." He smiled weakly.
Dropping the mistletoe back into the box from whence it had come from with a little plopping sound Leo briefly looked over at Sophia and Sebastian.
"Sorry, I didn’t mean to cause a scene and ruin the decorating for everyone." Sigh.
Turning to leave the hall Leo briefly looked at Cece before he left feeling a rush of emotions pass through him and just general numbness.
