Her plan included spending some time with Noah but she knew neither of them were planning the entire vacation together!

Taking the key for her bungalow her gaze flickered back to Lucas, "It was nice meeting you." she said softly, not giving away anything or hinting at all. She figured that'd probably be one of the only times she'd see him, let alone speak with him!

Stupid…If only he had insisted to stay with Willow until her friend arrived but he didn’t and know Lucas was feeling guilty for the disappointment she was trying to hide from him. Sigh. This was why he and relationships never worked. Taking the key to his bungalow from the hotel employee he said softly to Willow. "Look, I’m sure you’re friend will show up. If he doesn’t I’m going to head down to dinner after settling into my bungalow and you are welcome to join me." Stupid, there he went again. Shaking his head at himself Lucas did his best to picture all the fun he was going to have with his mate over the next couple of days.

There was no use beating himself up over disappointing a girl that he just met and probably would never see again during the vacation. "It was nice meeting you too." Lucas hurriedly blurted out. Taking a hold off his trunk Lucas eyes briefly flickered to Willow before he turned around and started to walk out of the lobby.

It was weird that Willow had a friend called Noah just like he did. It was probably just a cosmic coincidence like his trunk colliding with just her trunk and spilling his clothes all over the lobby floor.
