Kathmandu! It was a beautiful city and a beautiful day.
Ella had just arrived and she had decided to stay behind at the city of Kathmandu before following the herd of yaks up to the base camp. She wanted to do some shopping first, of course. Ella hadn't traveled in years, if she didn't count the Romanian dragon reserve. She had basically lived there for two years so it didn't count as travel to her. Truth be told, she hadn't traveled anywhere in about ten years since... the bad experience. But it was time to move on, finally. She missed it!
Wandering around town, Ella snapped pictures with her old film camera of all the shops and sights and tourists. She paused for a few moments outside of a little shop and thumbed through some postcards for sale. She should probably send one to her mother and father. And maybe one to her brother. They didn't even know she was out here... |
