Not much is new, I suppose... other then the obvious..." meaning that we're eating on the floor. "I kind of like it... it feels more... relaxed this way," she said with a giggle as she ate some more of her food.

And then she remembered that there had been something she wanted to ask her good friend Minnie. "Hey... can I... ask you something? I mean, it's kind of personal, and if you don't want to answer, I totally understand..." she said in an intimate tone as she leaned in close to her friend. Not everyone needed to hear this conversation.
