She pulled her legs up underneath her and wondered about that offer for lunch. Was that today? Or was he suggesting he wanted to see her again? She'd never been particularly adept at this whole... thing, but she was especially inept at reading men now. Perhaps marriage had dulled her abilities. "I'd be happy to tell you all about crups, if that's where your line of questioning leads you," she finally offered carefully.
