Ohhh. They had to go back, didn't they? He was about to say that he felt the same way as she did, but instead decided to try and lighten the mood a little. "Technically, we could always go home..." He grinned, wiggling his eyebrows a little. Too bad they weren't at school anymore, where they could just skip a class... But Konrad didn't want to be on Amoroso's bad side, or even annoy the Minister, and she probably couldn't afford to do the same with her head of department.

He still wanted to get a smile on her lips, though.

She had to chuckle at that. "That sounds like a much better plan." It was definitely tempting too, if Roxanne knew for aboslutely sure that she wouldn't get canned for it. But, she knew that she would, especially during a case as big as the one they were on now. Which, wasn't going anywhere. Making the probability that she would get fired for leaving this early that much higher. But the offer did make her smile. "Probably shouldn't," she said pouting again. Ugh, being a responsible adult seriously sucked. Big time.
