As they stood in silence for a few moments, Konrad finished his pie and he was just swallowing the last bit when he heard Roxanne sigh, and it certainly didn't sound like a happy one. Was it something he said? Probably that, too, but soon enough, she said aloud what was on her mind.

Ohhh. They had to go back, didn't they? He was about to say that he felt the same way as she did, but instead decided to try and lighten the mood a little. "Technically, we could always go home..." He grinned, wiggling his eyebrows a little. Too bad they weren't at school anymore, where they could just skip a class... But Konrad didn't want to be on Amoroso's bad side, or even annoy the Minister, and she probably couldn't afford to do the same with her head of department.

He still wanted to get a smile on her lips, though.
