Elijah was momentarily distracted from Aspen as he heard the obvious sound of Kurumi calling out his name. He turned round slowwwwwly to face her, just to make sure his good looks weren't thrown at her all at once... she HAD fainted once over him after all. He just had to make sure he didn't go losing MORE points for being so hawt and making girls forget themselves.
"I'm not doing anything to him... He's just watching. Isn't that right, little guy?" he looked down at his crab who, again, just stared blankly back at him. Maybe that was Kurumi's point? Why WASN'T he doing something to the crab? i.e washing him.
*dunks in bucket* *water charm*
There. Now no one could complain. His fire crab was at least WET and Elijah was sure this was the first time he had seen any expression on his crab's face and it was an expression of displeasure.
Now to focus on Aspen as his crab floated in the bucket, or... well, drowned. Who knew? Not Elijah. He wasn't babysitting the thing.
"I actually meant to ask you about that," he responded, curious. "I always thought vampires could fly. If I am to be one, when abouts do I get that ability? Or is that just myth?" If it was just myth, then this whole vampire thing was even MORE unfortunate - if that was even possible at this stage.
