Minerva thought for a second if she could remember reading about it's crashes in any of the books. She was having a memory problem at the moment or something, because she couldn't think of anything, but then something caught her attention.. Snow in September, was that something that happened here? She never remembered snow in September, but Sophie asked the question she was thinking.

Minerva put her hand up, "Well professor since it was made by muggles and of course with muggles cars, planes, and trains things happen, they are not perfect and do not build things that last forever. So was there some sort of mechanical or muggle issue with the train causing it to crash?" The train was old, so it probably had issues such as engine failure and stuff like that.
