What would he be missing? Well, there could possibly be a list, not that he would ever admit it or even let his mind to linger on it. It just wasn't important. Althea could probably guess the possible list herself. And if the possible list was in fact a reality, cake would most likely be close to the top. The second thing if there were a list. Dash's voice dropped, lower. He wasn't exactly worried in anyone overhearing them, no one could, it was just an instinct. He was mostly, protecting himself. "A big chance of being happy." That....was that.

"I've noticed." Dash agreed. "Dragons prefer burning their opponents to a crisp rather than have them bleed to death." That was just how dragons worked, as everyone knew.

He had anticipated the kiss before it happened. It was sweet and short, but that didn't matter. What did matter was that it was out in the open. Sure out in the open in a dark dingy place, but still. "That was new." He smirked.
Oh.

Well.

Brownie points. And an appreciative smile. "Well. We'll see what we can do about finding you that chance then shall we?" And she was a quick worker, since he had the chance completely and utterly. Actually she was impressed he'd even said that much? That was a lot. And not something she was used to hearing. Good all round.

She laughed at the dragon quip. Proof of her good mood. Two years ago, had he come out with that, she'd have... well, she'd have crisped him.

"Seemed a good time for it, and a good place." It was hard not to be amused by the memory. Today. Somedays it still irritated her. Dash was really terrible at apologies. That much hadn't changed.

"Are we going to eat here?"
