It didn't make a difference because she was still crying. How hard was it to not cry? Didn't it occur to her that the sooner the water works ended was the sooner she'd be on her way to getting it back. Stupid people really were stupid, weren't they? SIGH.

Lex rolled her eyes. "Quit with the crying will ya? It's annoying and it won't get you anywhere." See, if she was doing that whole flailing thing then she might have considered giving it back to her for being amusing but all she was doing was shouting and crying; not very amusing, more like annoying.

"Don't you dare threaten my wand." Alexa mocked in a high pitched voice of mockery. "If you want it back, stop being an idiot and do something about it." And of course Lex tuned out the last part. She didn't care that the girl called her crazy. "That didn't bother me when my old guidance counsellor told me and it won't bother me when you say it either."
